What are Documents? |

| Our scanners are duplex and can simultaneously scan both sides. |

Can the documents be edited once they have been scanned? |
| No, in order for the document to remain a legal original it may not be altered. The software does not allow changes. |

What happens if I need a document that is being scanned? |
| We know you are an active business and we will do all we can to make sure we get you the information that you seek.Your documents are a phone call and a fax away from your desk day or night. |

How will you label my files in your archive? |
| We will consult you before we start to make sure they are archived and indexed the way you like; typically our customers like to index them the same way they had their file cabinets indexed. |

Can you scan color files or pictures? |
| Our scanners support color images as well as black, white, and gray scale. We can also import already scanned color documents into our system. |

Can I search through my documents? |
| YES! We use an O.C.R. (Optical Character Recognition) which enables any word to become an "index" which allows you to use any name or part of a word you would like to use to search through your archive. |

Is it legal to eliminate my paper files? |
